BetterSpurGear fixes that problem. The SpurGear add-in from Autodesk has the diametral pitch wrong, and it's very confusing to figure out how to compensate for that.

We've modified the source code to detect when the coordinates in latitude/longitude and do the conversion to XY. The problem was sometimes AutoCAD saved the point location coordinates as latitude/longitude instead of UTM XY coordinates. The engineering way would be to start with sketchs and use the parametric to control the entities.We're very sorry for the inconvenience, we just solved the problem of inserting images when the drawing was georeferenced by Civil3D in the latest CAD-Earth update v5.1.21.
